How appraisals work​

HR runs appraisal cycles (for example Annual 2025). In each cycle you receive an appraisal form built from:

  • KRAs (Key Result Areas) — weighted goals you are rated against.
  • Questionnaires — self-assessment and feedback questions.

Completing your self-assessment​

  1. Open the appraisal for the active cycle from the list.
  2. For each KRA, record your achievements and self-rating.
  3. Answer the questionnaire sections.
  4. Save as you go; Submit when finished.

After you submit, your manager completes their review in Team Appraisals. Once the cycle is finalized you can come back here to see your ratings and feedback.

Forms only appear here once HR has launched a cycle that includes you. If the list is empty, no cycle is currently active for you.
