Notification Events

Notifications → Notification Events — configure which system events generate notifications and how they are delivered. Requires employee:admin.

How it works​

Every notable action in the HRMS raises an event (leave applied, leave approved, onboarding started, appraisal launched, …). For each event type you control:

  • Whether a notification is sent at all.
  • The channel — in-app (bell icon), email, or both.
  • Who receives it (requester, approver, HR, …).

Delivered notifications can be inspected in Outbox Events.
