Appraisal cycles

Building blocks​

  • KRA library (top-right KRA button) — reusable Key Result Areas with descriptions and default weights.
  • Questionnaire library (Questionnaire button) — reusable question sets for self-assessment and manager feedback.

Define these once; compose them into every cycle.

Running a cycle​

  1. Click New Cycle — the wizard asks for a name, type (e.g. Annual) and period.
  2. Select the participants, attach KRAs (with weights) and questionnaires.
  3. Launch the cycle. Every participant gets an appraisal form in My Appraisals.
  4. Track progress from the cycle's detail page: who has self-assessed, which managers have reviewed.
  5. When reviews are complete, close the cycle to finalize scores and release feedback.

Statuses move through Draft → Active → Closed. A draft cycle can be edited freely; once launched, only administrative corrections are possible.
